Richard Frank, Ed.D.
Founder, Managing Partner

Richard Frank brings over 30 years of experience in PK–12 education, partnering with schools and districts nationwide to elevate instruction, develop leadership, and improve outcomes for students. His work takes him into classrooms and alongside education leaders, delivering practical, high-impact solutions that lead to lasting change.

Known for his expertise in instructional coaching and leadership development, Richard supports schools in creating high-expectation, high-support environments where both educators and students thrive. He partners with school leaders to design and lead professional learning, coach leadership teams, and drive system-wide improvement initiatives.

Richard holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy and a Master’s in Elementary Education, both from Vanderbilt University, along with a Bachelor’s in Political Economy from Tulane University. His work is grounded in experience, driven by results, and shaped by coaching and leadership across diverse educational contexts.
